Retrofits and New Construction/Major Renovation
- Horticulture Lighting –This category is now broken out in wattage segments, and the incentive levels have changed to align with new efficiency requirements.
Retrofits Only
- Exterior Deemed (UL Type B Mogul Base) – Certain categories now have reduced incentives.
- Variable Frequency Drives for Unitary Rooftop Units (VFDs for Unitary RTUs) – Heat Pump – This is the new name for the category previously called Enhanced Ventilation Controls. Tiers and incentive levels have changed.
- Classroom HVAC Occupancy – Incentive and savings calculations are now based on a square-foot basis.
Revised Incentives for:
- Electric Combination Ovens
- Demand Controlled Kitchen Ventilation
- Ice Machines
Revised categories include:
- Heat Pump Water Heater
- Faucet Aerator – The efficiency requirements are updated.
- Commercial Showerhead – The efficiency requirements are updated.
